No, but I'd love to see the guy whose has the legs & breasts for look just like a hooters girl & ask him what's his secret.

Acting and behaving as a girl as your friend does wouldn't make him gay, although it is possible that he is a transsexual who is unhappy with his body and social role and would feel more comfortable as a female. Being gay would mean he sees himself as male and attracted to other men, since he works as a girl liking men there would be straight.
