Don't you think you should have asked this question before you bought the computer instead of now? It's a little late if you already committed to the sale. You should do all your research before you are stuck with something instead of doing it after when it is too late.

As the previous answer said now is a bit late to research when you've made a purchase. However this time you got lucky, they are a well established firm advertising in Micro Mart and I know a couple of gaming friends who have had computers built by them. They have had no trouble but next time check before you buy. Good luck.

well done,p.c specialist are a excellent manufacturer and have been becoming quite popular over the last 18 months
they have a reputation in building middle range to high end custom built p.c,s
i am a avid reader of p.c advisor and p.c specialist allways have at least 1 of their p.c,s in the power p.c charts,which are the top ten p.c,s avalible in the u.k
reliabilty,well i know they do a excellent warranty,and from customer reveiws i have seen,there have been no problems
i have been buying my p.c,s from a comapny called mesh computers,but i am planning a upgrade to a quad core amd cpu p.c in the next 12 months and i will certainly be taking a close look at p.c specialists latest offers

Yes , good quality gear, much better than the High street. I had one problem with my wireless lan card, I phoned them, and next day I had a new card. Will definately go back to them. Read all there reviews, which you are able to check your self. Have had my machine 14 months
