There is a NFL player's sister (i'm thinking brian urlacher's) who is HUGE and benches over 300 and squats over 500.. is a BEAST of a defensive end.

If a girl fights, gets herself into the NFL, and puts up good stats, all power to her. Would be interesting and fun to watch. The only problem would be the scraps going for a fumble... you get scratched, punched, squeezed(in places that don't need to be squeezed). if a girl was in it.. groping would go on like crazy... but hey.. she made it to the nfl.. she has to fight back..

i say find a girl that can do it and throw her in...

Competing in a sport as competitive and as physically demanding as football is strictly for one gender: The men! The only time a female would be good for the NFL is if she was the kicker. That would be the only time. Other than that, you ask if a female made it into the NFL, would people like her? If she's pretty and once she bends over, you could LOVE her then! She would be real popular in the locker room when the time comes!

No men would hate that a woman made it in the NFL, but the support of women for the NFL would be up.

I am a girl and i LOVE football!!! One of my like secret dreams is playing real tackle football with guys but no one is supportive of that. If a woman played in the NFL she would be my favorite player.

I'm sorry to say I don't think the reaction would be favorable. Even if she had the skills there would be haters. I personally think it is almost impossible but if it did happen it would be fun. I know some women have played high school football with success.

Will never happen unless she could kick the hell outta the ball (reference Kathy Ireland in Unnessary Roughness) and even then I doubt she would be able to make any tackles on kickoffs. Yeah, people would like her.... in the locker room!!
