You will perform better when you are rested, sometimes by taking a short nap you will improve your performance 3 fold!! Hope this helps!!

1. Get more sleep, exercise, and good food.
2. Coffee.
3. Soda, candy, and fast food will make you crash and/or lethargic. Avoid them.
4. Take breaks: Go for a walk. Talk to people.
5. Take SHORT naps (20-30 min). If you can't wake up after a power nap, your sleep schedule is too messed up.

Sleep- you'll feel a lot more alert and able to work after you've rested. You feel sleepy because your body is telling you it's time to rest.

Get up from working, if you have that choice, walk around, step outside, call a friend and talk, just take a break. Then in about fifteen mins go back to work. Usually that will wake you up a little more.

peppermint is a natural energizer. You can suck on pepermint candy or use aroma therapy oils. Ikeep mints in the car for long drives to keep me awake. also try a lil bit of exercise to get your heart rate up that always wakes me up.

depends on the work...if its something that doesn't take long i'll do it fast and then take a nap. if you're actually AT work and can't nap, i would suggest an energy bar or a caffeine drink of some sort

i know the feeling been there working lots hours has nurse you drink lots of coke and my persnal favorite is to wash my face with cold water zaps u awake . you may try some chocalate too

they say a apple is better to wake u up than coffee! go in and take a shower,that wakes me up,do stretching excersizes,orange juice or something with vitimin c in it.or just go outside and get some good fresh air might help.
