i don't want any of the free ones becuase there full of viruses and also i don't want limewire, itunes, tunetribe, 7 digital as i have already tried them

I have been a fan of eMusic for a long time. The music isn't free, but subscriptions start at $10/month for 30 tracks. And, better than most other services, you can do anything you want with these 30 tracks: store, copy, burn, etc. They are yours to keep.

eMusic tends to collect music from independent labels, rather than the big four, so you won't get Avril Levign's latest, but you can get Tom Waits!
