Are you talking about the modern commemorative (see the link below to the eBay listing for a photo of what I am talking about) or the actual 1902 note? The modern commemorative can be bought on eBay for $6, and the actual 1902 note is much scarcer.

You could also go to the bar and Thai One On.

I don't know of anyone who buys it but there are plenty of thai resturants and other businesses I would just go in and ask if anyone is interested or maybe try coin dealers they may have a market for something like that.
