depends on how old, male or female, since you didn't say, I vote for something fun, like one of those big Arcades where you can go Go Cart Racing.....something fun and not an everyday thing you'd do....(not too expensive, but fun) you can go out to dinner or a movie anytime.

Don't go to some exotic, exciting, party-atmosphere,
once in a lifetime event. Don't take her to the worn
out dinner, movie, dance, ballgame, etc.
Think of some activity or some place to go, not
expensive, but a place neither of you have gone
nor experienced, so that you can have peaceful
time together. Just for example, take her to the
lake at sunset. Rent a paddleboat and watch the
sun go down. Get a snack nearby and sit
by the picnic table on the shore when night falls.
Have your card and a little gift, (memorable but
not expensive), to give her when the time is right.

Their favorite restaurant. Then an activity they enjoy the best. Don't forget the finishing touch of their favorite desert, ice cream, cake, Twinkies, what ever they prefer.
