Assuming the salary equals the profits, would you rather be an important person in some huge corporation (an executive, manager, etc), or have your own small successful business?Why?

Then you are totally in charge! Plus, if you start something like google or myspace- you are SET!

An executive - that way you can have assistants and a car service, huge bonuses, use of the corp jets. Execs rely on the people below them to really run the ship small business owners, run the ship. Execs probably have more flexibility in their work schedules.. yeah, def an exec.
