I'm looking at getting a new car, probably a solstice. I drive a black car right now and love the color, but there is a yellow one at the dealership and I cant decide if I like it or not. It is cute, too cute, ugly, too girlie? I need some feedback cause this is one Im not too sure about.

I have owned 2 black cars in the past and love black cars. However, I would love to own the sun yellow Nissan X-terra.
Yellow cars don't show dirt like a black car does, and they are such a bright color that highway patrol cars pull over brighter cars more often than not. (Red, yellow, light blue, silver, etc.)
Yellow cars are super cool looking on model's that catch your eye. They caught your eye right? Well, they are going to catch others as well.
Black cars are super good looking when given a good cleaning, however to keep that new car look, it takes a lot of cleaning. Plus, your black car might be confused with all the other black cars around and you might get pulled over because another black car did something that caught the cops eye, but pulled you over instead!
Go with your gut. However, a change in color is always good, and when it doubt you can save your coins and get a paint job if you hate it after a month.

there are always more cars to choose from. see if you can have the dealer locate a black one for you (if you like that color) or pick a color you love. after they find it, go to that dealership to buy it, the original dealer will tack on a "finders/delivery" fee for the transportation of the car to the original dealership. a new car is a lot to invest into if you don't absolutely love it.

That's a personal choice, just consider that one day you might want to sell it & how hard will it be to get rid of. You will have to find the one person that want's a yellow car, or if you get lucky maybe a Taxi driver will want it.

just as long as you like it and can live with it for the next couple years should be enough for you. i dont love the color but i like it. i love the color pink but i would never buy a pink car. im pretty sure the car isnt ugly. good luck.

i have seen yellow ford focuses, they can be kind of sporty i guess, i think i've seen a yellow beetle bug thing. Once my family had a yellow station wagon in south africa, didn't look so good. But i can imagine a yellow pontiac aztec

i dont like yellow cars. period. even the yellow mustangs get on my nerves. i think its something nice for like a day but then on an everyday thing...its too much.

aske me i think yellow only looks good on a vet. allthow the yellow humers are growing on me! my selft i will never by a yellow car.
