When I try to use REGEDIT, my system shows a message, it has been disabled by your administartor. how it chang

How can I change this.

If you are in a domain you can not do that and must contact the admin to have him or her allow you to use the tool. If this is your home system make sure you are logged in as the administrator. If you are check you policies to make sure you have not disabled use of registry editing tools.
