i have been bleeding heavy for 4 days and have little clots is this normal?? is my body getting back to normal????

Pretty much. I went off of Depo after only one shot because I had terrible headaches and acted like a crazed lunatic. When my period returned (on the very day that I was supposed to get my 2nd shot), it came full-force since it had been absent for 3 months. If you keep bleeding past a week, see your OB/GYN for some advice and help.

My doc told me it would take up to 18 months for my system to get back to normal after coming off the shot. It was horrible. I wish I'd never gotten on it. Completely irregular periods, very heavy with clotting, worst cramps ever, and would last forever. Get two days off and then start again.. Kind of made childbirth a breeze. Lol.

YES, this is the same thing that happen to me. I went off depo to get pregnant. My first period was so bad i thought i was dying from so much blood lost. But doctors says that when going off depo, your hormone levels are out yack. You should what after 3 periods to try and conceive, that is my doctors told me . Three periods means your hormones are working, be patient... baby bust..

Yeah probably, you've scared me now! I have the depo injection and was thinking about coming off of it, but it sounds messy!!

yes thats normal infact ur periods might now be really heavy for awhile..........
