Mother's day in the UK is the 18th March but this varies as I think it is the 3rd Sunday in March, whenever that falls. Mother's day varies from country to country though as my sister lives in Denmark and it is different over there.

Mother's day is the same in both. It's March 18th. It is always in May on a Sunday, however, the date does change from year to year.

In the UK, Mother's Day always falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent (so different date every year). In the US, it is celebrated on the second Sunday of May (also a different day every year).
