i know chevy's use dexcool or dexcool approved coolant only. and since chevy and saturn are both GMs i thought i might need dexcool.

Do you have an owner's manual. Don't take someone elses word. Look it up in your manual. If you void your warranty by adding the wrong thing The Yahoo Answerer is not going to help you pay for it.

Someone asked this on click and clack, and they said the dexcool wasn't any better.

Please go to your local auto parts store and have them look it up for you. Never put anything in your car without checking with the pros first.
