I wash up, but I don't use rubber gloves - they make my hands feel horrid. I find that once you've stuck your hands in near boiling water 100 times, it doesn't hurt any more!

This sounds like one of those fantasy questions where you are expecting loads of replies from women who wear rubber gloves?? You want them to go into great descriptive detail !
You wont get much joy from this lot!
Try pink rubber boots and a rubber apron in the garden.

Anyone who doesn't desire cracked and rough skin from exposure to cleaning chemicals would benefit from gloves!
I used to work in a lab when I was young and "invincible". We used detergents and some solvents. Boy I wish I had been man enough to wear gloves. Now I have to use hand cream or my hands crack and bleed.
Stick with the gloves!

I know of many women who use rubber gloves to do the pots, but personally can not stand to wear them, I think their scared of breaking or dislodging their false nails whats your reason for doing so

thats good that you do the washing up and not have the dishwasher doing it.after all its not that hard to do dishes even if you had a party.i dont understand why people have dishwashers,they must just be lazy sobs.and you dont really need gloves for washing. thats for chicken heads

No never! they are annoying you cant feel anything,water gets inside anyway and they feel gross...i just use a good moisteriser after instead.i wish my partner would wash up gloves or no gloves

Only people that tend to use the old Marigolds because they are either:...allergic to water, allergic to detergent, queer, gay, and most women don't like to break them stupid false nails that they wear!! Thank god for normal nails, and normal people who aint afraid of shoving their mitts into a pile of dishes!! Unless you are posh and have a dishwasher!!

yes, mine are bright pink with black fur round the top and one has a diamond ring on it. Bet yours are not as posh as mine!!! (I got them as a present as I hate doing the washing up. The novelty wore off though after 2 days as I still hate doing it.)
