You can only use the gas bottles for cal or gas heaters - it will not connect to cooker or gas supply and check with your landlord if you are allowed gas in the building, I'm not allowed as its all electric and dangerous. You can get fined and evicted if you dont follow your tenancy agreement.

You need a gas stove from a camping centre or caravan centre. They also supply the gas. You can also buy bottled gas at some petrol stations but you usually take an empty bottle to exchange for a full one. You can't connect a bottle of gas to your house unless it is designed for bottled gas....it could blow up.

I read your story but you still can't connect a bottle of gas to your house. You might have to resort to electric for cooking and get some hot water bottles for bedtime. You might be able to cook in the microwave for a day or two.

you cant purchase them you would be able to desire to lease them from the two boc or air prouducts you lease the bottle on a settlement and then pay for the gas once you replenish it in case you at the instant are not useing a large form of gas it an extremely high priced way of welding in case you have a bottle thats not regestered you would be able to desire to objective the scrap yards some will substitute them whithout seeing your settlement
