I want to do a science fair project dealing with body image/self image. Any ideas on an actual experiment or what to do with this idea?

I think this would be WONDERFUL!!!
I can think of several ways you could do a psychological study, but does your science fair allow you to work in the field of psychology. (Many people consider it a social science or a psuedo-science.)

if you can find a bunch of girls willing to participate, have them complete a survey (anonymously), giving their weight, height, and information about their body image (e.g. what is your ideal weight?). tabulate the results, compare them by age, weight, etc.

I THINK MOST GIRLS SEE THEMSELVES AS FAT AND WITH MANY FLAWS. MAYBE U CAN CREAT A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN DOLL HAVE HER LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AND HAVE THE REFLECTION SHOW AN UGLY AND FAT LADY..
