I hate people whistling, off-key, out of tune, no tune whatsoever half the time! Just stop it!

the only time i hate whistling is when someone whistles in another language, what should the penalty be 30 days or 6 months?

I can tolerate whistling even those who are out of tune, but never could tolerate dirty old men spitting up phlegm and as for the youngies who think its cool think you are all brain dead.

i can deal with whistling as long as it's in tune, bu what about a sub clause. no humming, that drives me up the chuffing wall !
