You will have a very tough time getting into an American medical school with a foreign degree. Every American Med School has twice as many well qualified American applicants as it can take... so there is not much room for international students.

If you go to an American college and get a degree here, and if you are at the top of your class, then you have a good chance of getting into med school. But the competition is tough.
