You poor thing...the prize is the best part. I mean, does anybody really buy crackerjack for the food anymore? No, they want the 2 cent sticker.

I would say call that lovely 800 number on the box... they will probably send some cool stuff. or even visit their website and complain there.

I say you take action. Write them a little note telling them that your cracker jack expirence was not satisfying due to no prize in the box. They should give you something. i know that van de kamps fish sticks jiped me out of 2 fish sticks i wrote them and they gave me 2 coupons for free fish sticks. Yay!

you shouldn't sue, just call the number on the box to complain they usually offer products to you that way. it's probably just one box that didn't get a toy, that's all.
