Anyone have any experience with interviewing with Hallmark (greeting card company)? What can I expect?

I have not interviewed with Hallmark although I did send them artwork in the past.
Here are some tips about interviews, though, that help wherever you go.
1) Research the company. Get to know what their latest products are. Learn names of main company officers. Which other companies they work with. How many employees, etc.
2) List 3-4 of your strong points that will benefit the company.
3) List 3-4 excellent references they can contact.

Here are some interview tips and questions. Most interviews run a similar course. By being prepared to answer these questions, you will do better than the other job candidates. Practice what you are going to say, but don't try to memorize your resposes.
