A skilled job would be something like an electrician or a plumber

Unskilled is considered labor work like shoveling, etc (anyone can pick up a shovel) Waiting requires a diverse number of skills to be successful. While not a highly skilled field, I'll argue that it is one of the toughest jobs going!

It wold be classed as unskilled, though I would challenge that as any job, no matter how menial, will always entail a certain amount of skill....for instance in your cafe, if you serve a coffee to someone and you don't spill it in their lap, that takes skill in balancing the cup in the saucer etc...

HI-, Every job requires skil wether it be waiting on or working in a shop or a profectional worker, waiting on you nead to be pleasent have a smile & be curtiouse, like any job so iff you are thinking about that type of work go for it BUT will you be happy in it, the main thing is to be happy in the job you undertake it stops you getting board & you go home happy & go to work happy, Hope this has helpt you, D.F;
