It's called "We're Movin' On Up." It was written by Dave Grusin (who also wrote the theme to St. Elsewhere) and it was sung by Ja'Net Du Bois, who was one of the stars on the TV show Good Times (she was the best friend of the Evans family -- you know; the one who adopted Penny when she was abandoned by her abusive mother...)
