I'm a hard core gamer and programmer, I also do 3D modeling, I'm heavy into music and movies, and also heavy into business use, so I need a laptop with good memory, big hard drive, and high CPU speed, and a good video card. I would like a mac, can they do all this? Or should I just go with Windows?

Mac's are fun, but are not compatible with most games.
Your best bet would be to get one of the Alienware, Falcon or other gaming-specific desktop replacment laptops.
Be aware that you will have to spend a pretty penny to get a laptop that plays games well.
