Are Epiphone guitars any good?

Epiphones are good if you're looking for an inexpensive guitar. They're basically a cheaper version of Gibson. They're fine, but they aren't great. If you're working on a smaller budget, I would recommend Epiphone.

Yeah defintely. They are like accessible versions of the more expensive brand GIBSON, which is the parent company.

If you want a Les Paul custom but can't foot the $3000 price tag, Epiphone makes a Les Paul that's prrrrrety damn nice for considerably less.

It's the same company, and a great guitar- for the money you're better off buying from them rather than some company selling guitars made from Taiwan or China. They have pretty high quality control standards, and it's not some sweatshop using unskilled labor.

I bought the Epiphone G-1275 which is a copy of the Gibson G-1275 and they are very close when you compare the 2. Slight differences- some I'm not too worried about. I basically got the same exact guitar for $1000's less. It even has set necks.

Epiphones prices vary but they have many great options for inexpensive guitars for the budget challenged or entry level guitarist.

Sure, Epiphones are good. They're like Korean Gibsons.

If you buy American made guitars they tend to be over 1,000 dollars. The Korean and Chinese made ones are not as high quality but still sound very good.

They are great starter guitars.
