What firmware do I have to have to fur 3.10 oe-a custom firmware?

I want to play homebrew games and my normal games.

You need to downgrade to 1.50 first before you can install 3.10 OE-a.

Currently, you can only downgrade from 3.03 and below. You cannot downgrade if you have a 3.10 and 3.11.

Hacks are currently out right now that might let you downgrade to 1.0 or 1.5 from 3.10 then to 3.03 oe.....i;m right now just trying to get my hands on the unpatched GTA libery city stories so i can downgrade mine....
