What is the fastest moving star in terms of its angular speed on the sky.?

I think it is Barnards Star B, which, if memory serves me correctly, is the second closest star to the solar system after the Alpha Centauri system. Its was named after Barnard who was the first to notice its "proper motion" against the background of comparitively motionless stars.
