drink more water, lots of water half your body weight in oz per day, if you are not intaking enough you can not produce the milk you need, also depends on how old baby is as they get older around 7 months, and are eating some solids you will slow down, something else you could do is try to pump inbetween feedings expecially if baby is going for long spell between feedings, the more you pump the more you will make. but do increase water.

Take Shatavari tablets. 2-2-2 with Milk. It is also available as Shataverx branded powder, sweet in taste, to be taken dissolved in milk. Check does your child pass sufficient urine? If yes, you may not have to worry. The child ust be getting enough milk.

Lots of water and Milk soy products nurse more often,stimulation warm cloths to the breast,lots of carotene,and keep taking your prenatal vitamins,don't give up,
I've been there three times and working on number four.trust me I know how it is .

it is not the foods it is the liquid you need more liquid and rest and quiet. if you are stressed it can cause you to not produce. also feed your baby as much as possible this will cause you to lactate more. the more the demand the more milk

If you are Indian, take in 'Urdu Dal' without leaving the skin. Every morning do some exercise with broomstick (clean your portico and rooms in such positions). It would suffice your wish. Reply after one week.

Somewhere some time I heard oatmeal helped. You may ask your doctor about suplimenting with formula.
