you have to use a steam iron and press it on the wrong side of the satin and make sure you have a pressing cloth or towel over the area you are ironing

As other people have said, you could try hanging the dress over the bath when its hot n steamy. If that doesn't work set your iron on the steam setting and placing a fine coton cloth over the dress iron the creases out. Don't worry you will not ruin your dress with a steam iron just be careful never to use a dry one otherwise it may melt the material if it's too hot. I have lots of satin and silk garments that I iron in the same way,

Three things you can do that will work: 1). Lightly steam iron it, 2). Buy a small clothes steamer and run it over the creases, or 3). Spay water over the creased area and place in dryer for 5 minutes. These are things I do for getting creases and or wrinkles out of satin or silk and they work great with no damage. Pick one and try it, it will work.

Ok i did it its easy:
put dress in a bag and go to the sauna, and stay in there for 13 to 20 minutes, keep checking, it will od the trick, next time, if you want to continue taking creases out after another night out do the folowing:
buy a steamer,
you decide on your budget, etc
good luck
steams will solve it, i did it with my daughters dress, she slives in london now, so she buys dresses when she wants, that was a time when she was a baby, just steam it out, over steaming isnt bad, but you shouldnt need to do that anyway.
good luck

i have a steam generator iron. they are fantastic on satin and you can do the bedding whilst on the bed so you don't iron in new creases whilst getting rid of the original ones

Wash the satin items only. Wash in cool water and dry at a very low setting. Take them out of the dryer immediately and either fold or hang them up right away. They will look amazing!
