Who is you whom disappointed and who is "yourself" whom must take a guilt of disappointed "you"? That whole things you called "I AM", right? Smart and respectful doctors call it schizophrenia, not even realized that they are the same...whole world suffering or enjoying of being a human who might be easily disappointed of thyself...is it seems to be normal to you,now? Being disappointed?

Because I'm an idiot. The father of my unborn child is 20 and he's messing with a 15 year old and I just keep forgiving him! I dont know what to do about it!

Dissapointment is just a by product of the chemical hormone in your brain released when you witness or think of something saddening.
