how do i motivate myself to work on my essays?

i have so many essays but i dunno how to motivate myself to do them. i keep putting it off...but i want to work on it now. even if i sit down and say, im gonna work on this now, and i want to work on it, i cant bring myself to do it :(

if you have many that could be the reason for your lack of focus, thinking about too many at once.....choose one of them and put the others aside for now........then consider how you work best: with or without noise? do you need total quiet in order to concentrate or do you work better with a bit of background noise? Once you have chosen the paper you are starting with and got your work space ready......brainstorm a bit on the essay topic.....what do you want to say? how many different ideas can you come up with about the topic? do you want to do an opinion paper that clearly states your stand on it or do you want to show both sides of the argument?.........get some ideas flowing and the paper will almost write itself
