How to Move a central air conditioner from one side of the house to the other.?

I want to move the air conditioner from one side of my house to the other. (closer to the furnece) After I have some one come and empty the (freeon(spelling?)) or what ever is in the airconditioner. is it as easy as pouring a new concrete base and running the new 220W wire.
What would be the best way for me to do it myself is what I'm asking.

This is NOT a DIY project. That "someone" Should be a certified HVAC TECH and that company should be able to give you a bid on the job.

This could be a disaster if done wrong.. Remember, you have the wiring that comes from the AC to the internal monitoring system in the house. Definitely not a "one-man" job. In order to "empty" the freon lines, it will need reclaiming (up to two hours) and then electrical moved, along with freon lines.
