i just got sinus surgery and i was told to eat relatively soft foods like pasta/ice cream/soup ect. i want to go quick to get food at a fast food place but cant think of one that serves some softer foods and serve them at this time 9:04am so please name any fast food restaurant and the item thats soft

Does Your local Supermarket have sushi? Or a health food store (which is relatively fast) that has pre made hummus and soft warm pita bread? Some warm veggie soup perhaps?
I don't eat fast foods...
