check engine light came on on my instrument panel , I called my local autoparts store . and they told me to retrieve the codes my self , by turning ignition on,off,on,off.and on again without crancking the engine . check engine light flashed. giving me this codes : 45,22 and 31 . does anyone out there got those codes and their definition , thank you.

what i do is go to parts store thay have a book that shuld tell u all the cods and what thay mean.

That model year you are not able to retrieve the codes yourself. 1996 model cars and later has a OBD II system which you must have a code scanner to plug up to get the correct codes. The numerics you came up with 45, 22, and 31 are not OBDII trouble codes.
