i own a shop, and if there not real deep ,you can use a mild rubbing compound on it and rub them out but if there all the way in to the primer, you,ll have to touch them up a little bit before doing this.but they will come out of it,you just have to take your time with,it and be patient, you can make it look real good again, any parts store will have a good mild rubbing compound to do this with, and probably will have the touch up paint you,ll need for it also, good luck with it,i hope this helps.

Mix a little dab of rubbing compound with car wax and gently rub it out. You will remove a little paint with the scratch. Rubbing compound is available at most car parts stores. You want the finest grit compound available for this.

If it's another car's paint and not etched into your paint, all you need is one of those Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. It will come right off. My neighbor had a black paint streak on his new Magnum and he tried everything to get it off. It didn't happen. My wife came up with the idea to use the Magic Eraser and it came off fast. Good as new. You can get them from the cleaning aisle at the grocery store. Maybe $2-$3 for a 2 pack. Try it out.

Depending on how deep the scratches are I would say Rubbing Compound is your cheapest way to go to start with. It can be found in ANY parts store/Walmart/K-Mart/etc. where they stock the Car Waxes and Polishes........Follow the Directions on the can

Sometimes, just waxing the car with a good wax will work. Like everyone says, it depends on how deep the scratches are.
Check out this web site. It may help with your rubbing compound question.

If the scratches aren't dug into the body frame it self and its only scratched the paint you can use car body wax.

Rubbing or polishing compound. Go ask for it at your local parts supplier (e.g. Advance Auto Parts).
