i will help you:
if hes married or has a partner or even if he doesnt, hire a woman, maybe an escort or someone, or a friend, someone hot and set up a cam in some place and film him in the act, cam set up before hand, and then:
put the video on you tube, and put the word out, and dont ever let him know it was you, untill hes in his 60's or something, girl youhire might be a transvestine or something, make or a normal girl doesnt matter!

Buy a 24 pack of toilet paper, and toiletpaper his car (if parked outside) Completly mummy his car, it will take about 2 hours, but by the time you are done, no part of his car should be visable........then hope it rains. 9 rolls will mummy a compact car, with one coat. 24 rolls is better. Rol them under the car, to get best coverage.
Or, using garbage bags, tape a cover across his front door. Fill the cavity between the door and the garbage bag "barrior" with stryrofoam packing peanuts. When he opens the door, they all fall into his front entry.

Rats back into his home, paint bucket above the door, burning bag of dog stuff on the doorstep and if he has a car outside, stick a sign onto it saying something he hates.

Me plotting away too! I heard someone used a really large sheet of cling film and at night put it across their victim's front door so they had to tear their way out. But I can't do that one...I need something good too....my friends and family always expect me to do something...so I've gotta be really cunning this year!
