I'm planning a bachelor party for August or September and I'm considering either Jamaica or the Bahamas. We'll have between 15-20 people and are willing to spend some cash if necessary. Has anyone ever done a bachelor party in either place? Any success stories or ideas for fun things to do? Specific Bars, Clubs and Restaurants would be great.

I'm kind of bias because I'm from there, but the Bahamas all the way. Jamaica is really beautiful in some places but I think the Bahamas is better. You have the option of going to different islands during your stay and all the people are friendly especially if you are. I can honestly say they are genuinely helpful too. There are a lost of clubs in the Bahamas and great restaurants. Atlantis, Paridise Island is probably the best of the best in terms of hotels but you can stay at Breezes or Sandals which are all inclusive (you dont have to worry about paying for food in the hotel at all its included). Clubs, Fluid, Waterloo, Charlies Club, and Senor Frogs- not only for 16 year olds lol and its on the water. Oh yea and the Hilton there is really beautiful too. Restuarants, Id say Provance (i think thats the spelling), Jonny Canoe. But any restaurant there is good. And the food not completely different from what your used to so you dont have to worry about starving due to something nasty. I suggest having a conch salad while your there, my favorite. The Bahamas are closer, cleaner and safer than Jamaica. However, if you have the ducats - why not just go to Hawaii? Still tropical, in the US (eliminates passport problems for some guys), safe food and water, reasonably priced packages and hotels. US Dollars.
