He might not be I read at prowrestling.com that he is the last entire but couldnt compete for it yet because he was facin HBK on raw.So next week he probly will compete for it.

next week on raw it will be carlito ric flair and randy orton in a triple threat match who ever wins head to mania to compete in the money in the bank.

Randy might have a different wrestler to fight, someone like Mr. Kennedy maybe? or Nitro? they are not in the Money in the Bank match

He's not..he's got a second chance to get in this Monday night in a triple threat match against Flair and Carlito. He's sure to get in because it'll help set-up the feud between him and Edge.
