buying leasehold property?

i am just looking at buying a leasehold property does anyone know what the charge is for transferring the name of the vendor to myself is?

Depends on what else is going on. If you are just talking about a deed, you'll have deed prep and recording charges depending on the state you are working in.

If you need a title search, insurance, closing services, tax search, judgement and lien searches....

It totally depends on the managing agents. Some don't charge, some charge hundreds of pounds!
