Normal? No I don't think it is normal. In my estimate (and experience since I am a woman) I can only think of three times when a man stared at my chest during conversation. Once the landlord of an apartment i was thinking of renting (i didn't rent it), once while I was interviewing someone and once a guy I just happened to talk to while out one night.
Of course I think it is normal to glance occasionally but not stare.

It's normal to glance but not stare. If you are a teenager you may be having difficulties controlling yourself, that's normal for hormonal boys. It is considered rude and disrespectful to stare at body parts when speaking to someone.

Ofcourse it's normal just as it's normal to stare at their faces because you naturally find them pretty and irresitable to look at. We do what our genetics tell us to do, which is always natural. Society then has something called, 'being civilized', so you must control your natural desires to stare when it's inappropriate.
But to say it's not normal is the same as saying liking the smell of good food isn't normal. Clearly it is.

yeah, it's normal, most men look up and down women as they talk but some lose site of the conversation.

I don't think that it's necessarily normal (in fact, it can be quite offensive to some), but in certain circumstances (and with certain ladies), staring at their breasts can be unavoidable.

Well if she's dressed appropriately, you shouldn't be staring.
But if she has 'em hanging out for all to see, she's asking for it.
Women who expect to be treated with respect should not be dressing like a hooker. It's called advertising.

Depends on the situation. I'm a woman and have had instances where I couldn't help myself because they were just so "out there". But, generally speaking, no, it's not normal. And it's rude.

yea maybe if you have never seen them or are a total pig. But if you are a normal person and not a total creep you can manage to talk to a women and not look at her chest (GASP it is possible).

most men do ....but you aint gonna get a girl that way...women ...well most women hat ewhen guys do that the women that dont hate usually is easy slut or shallow.....when a women is talking im sure she is not talking with her breast....pay attention to her....i know most guys find breast rather fasanating...but it will get u no were!
