take it back to the store, have them take it apart, then trade it in for a real computer.

Try restarting the mac and then try to eject again. If that doesn't help, see if there is a small pin-sized hole next to where you insert disks. It'll be right next to it. This is the manual ejection method - get something narrow enough - like a straightened paper clip - and stick it into the hole - that should eject the CD. The hole should be just big enough for the paperclip and not much else.

If that's not there, then I suggest asking on a more technical mac forum.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to remove a stuck CD from the drive. If the light has stopped flashing that your drive is active and you still cannot remove your CD, there is usually a tiny pin-size hole on the CD drive that you can push a small pointed object (unbent paperclip is very popular) into to manually open your drive bay. If your green light is still flashing, you will need to stop the disk/drive from running (trying shutting down your computer worst case scenario) before attempting this manouver in order to avoid damaging your drive, CD.

There should be a little teeny hole somewhere under the tray. That's an emergency manual eject, just stick a paper clip or something in the hole and pull the tray out.

There should be a small hole on the front of your CD drive. If you have one, you can insert the end of a paperclip into the hole and the CD latch should release.
