If you have a scrap piece of plywood to use as a background, you could make a wood collage. Stain or paint the different scraps of wood and glue them to the back board ( gluing some on top of another for depth), in an interesting fashion. I think a wood collage would be very interesting.

a bird house! just find an old saw and some sand paper... and if u want 2 get creative paint it
