a friend needs to find out if he has rights to see his child he provides for the child but the mother only lets him see the child at her house,He want to see the child more what can he do

He can go to court and have visitation ordered where he can take the child for the weekend, or whatever they decide.

*FYI, paying child support doesn't have much to do with visitation. You don't pay to the see the child, you pay to help feed, clothe and house the child.

Were they married.. if so what does the divorce papers say? If not.. then what does the court papers say about child support and visitations? He will need to contact a lawyer and get advice.

if he is paying child support, he has every right to see his child. if it is a court ordered visitation schedule and she is not following by what the court ordered, she is in contempt.

he should take her to court to get a visitation schedule.

ps if she IS in contempt, he could legally get custody of the child right now.
