I really really really want to go to University of Southern California (USC), so is it possible that I can be a lawyer if I get a bachlor's degree from USC? Please tell me the steps I will need to take if I attend USC to become a lawyer, I am 100% sure I am ready to take on this career and I wish to go to USC, would USC have any classes for lawyers? Also when you guys say you have to get a bachlor's degree does it matter what college it is from and what feild?

4-5 yrs for bachelors and 2-4 for law school

for ur bachelors u can select pre-law, political science, theater, speech (all will help with career goal of being lawyer) but ask ur adviser or any professors if they can give advice or point u toward someone knowledgeable on the subject.

also your college for bachelors is kinda like ur first stepping stone. they either fall into place after the first one or they all fall apart. so pick a reputable school that will give u knowledge and experience

Essentially you should be able to go to USC with a degree from any accredited school. However, the better the school is that you went to in your undergrad the better your chances of being accepted. I don't think it matters what field your degree is in though. All you need to do is take the LSAT wait for your score then apply to the school of your choice. If you contact USC's admissions office they will tell you exactly what you need to do. Good luck!

You can have any undergrad for law school but the most common are business, english, and political science. USC is an excellent school. Expect it to take seven years: 4 of undergrad and 3 of law
