Why can't the U.S., with all of their technology and money, find Osama Bin Laden?

I don't want racist or anti-Muslim tirades...I just want serious opinions on why the U.S. can't seem to find him, his hideout, or a body...

Because Osama is the creation of U S itself. And if they finish Osama how they will keep distubring whole world. They were creating and using Osama against Russia. Don't you feel that in a country like America is it possibel for anyone to attack on World Trade Center by that way. They finished Saddam; and looking for control over oil in Iraq and other gulf countries. They don't want peace in Asia. Everybody knows whats going on West Asia and who is behind this.

One place that the U.S. cannot look and does not have diplomatic relations is the holy city of Qom, Iran. OBL could strike a deal with Ayatollah Khamenei (Supreme Leader of Iran's constitutional theocracy). Perhaps Iran and Al Qaida could manage a joint caliphate for Iran, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon.
