All of them. It is in their veins, and they have had no rehabilitation, which might be a good thing. Some just haven't been caught yet.

All of them, its the only way to feed the habit, in fact in a lot of prisons in the UK drugs are available. You would have to be a very strong leopard not to change your spots. There is no way of stopping the tide

I sould think most as most will probably use drugs again which is an offence. The only thing you could possibly find out is how many get caught a second time which wouldn't really give you the true answer.
