Don't you think they gave you the antiseptic for a good reason? I used the antiseptic while my ears were healing. Once they were completely, I repeat completely, healed I switched to alcohol, using peroxide only when they got infected.
The best person to answer this question is really your doctor.

You can, but it would be more gentle on her ears if you use rubbing alcohol instead. What's wrong with the antiseptic? Be cautious using peroxide as it will dry her skin out if used daily for a long time.

DON'T put methylated spirits, Tea Tree Oil, Peroxide, Betadine or Alcohol onto the wound as they are too astringent or damage the cells which form the scar tissue.
You can use peroxide to clean the jewlery, but don't put it on the wound.

Alcohol is the best for piercings as it gets the job done better than peroxide.

Yes, but make sure you are cleaning the ear in the area that is pierced not the inner ear- could cause bad ear infection if you are not careful!

Peroxide is very strong and can make the healing process slower. It is never recommended to use perioxide even watered down
I would say not to use perioxide on young children

Yes of course you can!!!....You can also use alcohol on the piercing. You should use cotton balls as they are easier for despensing the product onto and rubbing the affected or bruise area.
Once applied is may sizzle or may foam. It may sting a little but it is for the better (infection is very nasty to handle)!!! She may flintch but she will get used to it
