Me too. You might want make a visit to see your doctor. You may be anemic. Something as simple as some extra iron in your diet or a iron supplement may work wonders.

Part of it is the cold and the lack of natural light. This effects everyone, some more than others, in the winter. Spring is just around the corner and today it is sunny in my town. What you can do on a daily basis is.. speed walking. it gives you more energy after and it burns calories. if you go for a quick speed walk in the mornings it will leave you feeling energized and you wont tire as fast during the day. Give it a try and Im sure you will agree. Hope this helps. Good luck and Good health to you.

Try going to the gym. People who work out regularly have more energy, strength and endurance to get through their daily activities than non-exercisers. In fact, you will likely notice this feeling of increased energy and vitality a few short weeks after you start to exercise on a regular basis.

If its only in the winter it could be SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder.
If its all the time, make sure you get 8 hours sleep, try to unwind in evening, drink chamomile tea.
It might be worth a trip to Dr to rule out any more serious conditions like chronic fatigue
