The part left on the rim or the patch on the ground?

If you want to make another burnout then the warmer the tire is the more it should slip as the rubber is now softer due to the heat.

After then it should return to room temperature in a short while if you don't drive it any further.

to what touch it?? it will cool off pretty quick when you scoot on down the road
