I think so, those 2 have been having their differences on RAW. I think there's a very good possibility that those 2 will face at Wrestlemania 23.

Maybe Backlash, but not WrestleMania 23.
Edge was the first qualifier for Money in the Bank, and that's an 8-man match this year (in '05 and '06, it was only a 6-man match). The Rated-R Superstar shouldn't have to relinquish his spot in such an important match just to beat the tar out of Randy Orton.
I also want to see Kane vs. The Great Khali, and while that has a much better chance of taking place, I completely disagree with the idea of Kane winning that match. Remember last year's Judgment Day? Khali completely overwhelmed Undertaker then, so Kane should fare no better at WrestleMania 23.
Finally, I want to see Y2J return to the grandest stage of them all just to put Ric Flair into retirement. A Submission match would be the perfect way to do that.

Yes they should. And make it a no holds barred match so they can end each others careers and we wont have to see Orton do that stupid shoulder shrug and crawling on the mat and we wont have to see Edge "drop it like its hot" before that lame "spear" or him humping the ring during his entrance sequence. Other matches I'd like to see:
Great Khali vs. Kane vs. Big Show in Triple Threat
RVD vs Jeff Hardy (they always have PPV quality matches)
Stone Cold vs Hogan (maybe next year)

Kane vs Khali.
Raw divas vs smackdown divas in bra&panties match.
Carlito vs Supercrazy.
Shane-O vs Coach for the assistant job w/ Mr. McMahon.
Stephanie Vs Chyna Doll ( the battle of HHH wife vs ex-girlfriend) in a chicago street fight the guest ref will be HHH.

I think that it wuold be interesting to see both of them go at it.

I would love to see that but I think they should only fight at a big event (summerslam,survivor series,Wrestlemaniea)and that one of them should be champion.
