I went to a Chinese restaurant last night, and the food was AWFUL! The fried rice was dry and crunchy, the egg rolls were nasty, and the crab rangoons tasted rancid.
All the employees were Chinese, too.......

well, bear with me for a moment; i'm not ranting against you
first, a single restaurant cant be generalized for every other restaurant
second, alot of chinese food is "americanized", in which the cuisine is altered for purposes of conventional-ity
third, chinese food has different cuisines, depending on the cook's regional ethnicity
